The Chopping Board with Tray unique sliding tray permits the simple separation of food and waste, whilst also maximising the size of the chopping surface. The board is held in place by non-slip rubber feet during use. The material absorbs minimal moisture and has natural antibacterial properties. The Cutting Board can be easily cleaned via wiping.

Regardless of the material, regular maintenance of a cutting board is important. A very diluted bleach solution is best for disinfecting cutting boards.
